Coach Profile: Martin Hak – Maple Ridge, BC
Martin Hak is a highly respected hockey coach based in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, with a rich background as both a player and a coach. Originally from Gizycko, Poland, Hak represented the Polish National Team as a player at the World Junior Championships before moving to Canada, bringing elite international experience to his coaching career. Coach Hak also played professionally in Japan and Germany.

•Junior B Coaching:
◦Assistant Coach with the Port Coquitlam Buckeroos (2004–2006)
•Player Development:
◦Instructor with Pro Play Hockey in Port Moody (2014–2016)
•Ridge Meadows Minor Hockey Association (RMMHA):
◦Head Coach for several age groups, including Atom A1, Pee Wee A1, and U15A1
◦Assistant Coach for U13A1 (2022–2023)
•Junior B and Junior A Hockey:
◦Regional Scout and Assistant Coach with the North Vancouver Wolfpack (2018–2019)
◦Scout and Assistant Coach with the Richmond Sockeyes (2022–2023)

Coach Profile: Bayne Ryshak – Maple Ridge, BC
Bayne Ryshak is a dedicated hockey coach based in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, with a deep-rooted passion for developing players and fostering team success. A product of the Ridge Meadows Minor Hockey Association (RMMHA), Ryshak has transitioned from a standout player to a respected coach in the local hockey community.
Coaching Experience
•Ridge Meadows Flames (PJHL):
◦Player (2008–2010): Competed as a forward for three seasons.
◦Assistant Coach (2013–2014): Contributed to team strategy and player development.
◦Head Coach (2015–2021): Led the team for five seasons, achieving significant milestones, including a league championship appearance and a Coach of the Year award in 2017–2018.
•West Coast Wolverines:
