About Us

The Story Behind the Team

The Ridge Meadows Junior Flames Hockey Development Program serves as a premier pathway for aspiring athletes within the Ridge Meadows minor  hockey system. As the dedicated development arm of the RM Flames Junior A organization, the Junior Flames focus on cultivating high-performance players through elite coaching, structured progression, and a strong emphasis on character, leadership, and community involvement.

This integrated approach ensures a seamless transition for players advancing through the ranks—from grassroots minor hockey to competitive junior-level play—while maintaining the core values that define Ridge Meadows hockey: integrity, discipline, and passion for the game. Working closely with the Junior A club, we provide our athletes with the mentorship, exposure, and support necessary to excel both on the ice and in life.
